Willmott Dixon, a leading UK contracting and interior fit-out business, is launching their 2018 Welcome Back returner programme. This programme welcomes talented professionals, both men and women, who have taken a career break.  Starting in September 2018, this programme offers a paid placement of 20 weeks, and the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.

Who can apply?

The Willmott Dixon Welcome Back programme is open to anyone who is looking to return to a role after a career break of two years or more.Ideally, candidates will have a background in main contracting, residential building or interior fit out, but most importantly Willmott Dixon are looking for people who share their passion and values, so if you have transferable skills from another industry for any of the roles listed below, you are very welcome to apply.They seek highly collaborative people who are passionate about delivering a quality service to customers and ultimately help to grow the business.Excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships are essential skills.

About the programme

You will be placed in a project or a team where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. You will receive expert returner coaching and will benefit from a comprehensive induction process and focused training to support your transition back to the workplace.Starting in September 2018, this programme offers a paid placement of 20 weeks, and the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.Flexible working options may be available depending on the role.
