We help high performers and returners to focus strategically on their current role and future career within the organisation.  We help people to maximise their performance in their current roles, and help them to prepare for and successfully take their next career steps.

The sessions are tailored to each person but usually cover:

We meet with clients across London, and provide telephone coaching in the UK and beyond.

 

 

Exit and Transition Coaching

Our Exit and Transition Coaching can help your good leavers to find their next role with practical expert advice.

There are many reasons why an employee might need to move on to pastures new, and it can be a positive experience when they are offered expert support and guidance to help them through the transition.

We provide expert insights and practical tools to help people successfully exit and take the next positive step in their career.

 

 

Career Drop-Ins

An effective, and cost effective, way to boost performance and job satisfaction for your people.  With our Career Drop-Ins, they can book a confidential 30-45 minute session (or longer by agreement) with our expert.

Sessions often focus on strategies to improve performance, preparing for promotion, addressing development needs, managing relationships, improving work/life balance, and support around maternity or parental leave.  This is a win-win benefit for employers and employees.

Drop-ins are usually run monthly or quarterly, in half day or full day formats.
