Santander 2019 Returnship Programme

Applications are now open for the Santander returnship programme.  Based in London or Milton Keynes, the programme is open to experienced professionals wishing to return to work after a career break of one year or more.  Starting in late February 2019, the programme aims to fill Project Manager, Business Analyst and VP for Coverage Areas roles.

Here's what Santander says about its returnship programme:"It's a flexible 20-week scheme, during which you'll have all the help you need to ease back into your career. That will include technical training along with coaching to develop your soft skills, such as leadership, communication and decision making. What's more, you'll have a dedicated mentor on hand, ready to guide you and answer any questions you might have as you continue on your career journey. If you've been on a career break for one year or more and are now ready to put the skills you've developed to good use, we'll support you in making this happen."The application process will include an online application (use Santander's CV template), a telephone interview, a Recruitment Readiness Event on 18th October 2018, and an interview.  Successful applicants will be made offers in December and the programme will start in February 2019.
Applications close on 10th September 2018.  See here for more details and how to apply.  On the website, there is also a short video of participants speaking about their experiences on this year's returnship programme.
