O2 Career Returners Programme (Flexible)

O2 has launched their third Career Returners Programme, which starts in September 2018.  The 14-week programme enables people to learn new skills and adapt back to a job after an extended career break of two or more years.  Most roles will be based in the Slough head office but there are also opportunities in London, Leeds and Preston Brook.  As an organisation, O2 are flexible in their working patterns and are open to applications from people who are looking for either a full time role or 4 days per week.

This year for the first time, O2 also have Supported Hire return opportunities across the business, where you will be able to go directly into sales, operations, and other head office permanent roles.Within the programme, the returners will receive mentoring, training and opportunities to network. They will also help you to refresh your knowledge and get you up to speed and back into the swing of things. The opportunity will also help you to be perfectly placed to apply for permanent or interim roles at O2 after the 14 weeks have finished.
