Accenture Break|Through is a 10-week paid returner programme for experienced managers who are interested in returning to work following a career break of two years or more. Starting in mid-January 2018 the programme offers five weeks of training following by five weeks of project work.

The 10-week paid returner programme Accenture Break|Through is designed to ensure that individuals, seeking to return to work after a break, are given the re-entry support and training they need to thrive.If you are an experienced manager with a passion for technology and have been out of work for two years or more, they want to hear from you. The returners programme has a strong focus on training. You will receive five weeks of training to help you to refresh your skills and then you will start on a project within one of the Technology Consulting teams.You'll also be assigned a mentor for guidance and support.
