Hot on the heels of their 2017 programme, Barclays have announced another Encore! returner programme, to run for 10 weeks beginning in January 2018.Applicant requirements:• Must have achieved the equivalent of a VP level or above when previously in the workforce.• Must have taken at least a one-year career break.• Must be able to commit to working full-time in the Barclays’ London office for the full 10 weeks and have an interest in a full-time position with Barclays after the programme ends.Applications open 18 September 2017.
