The Aviva Investors Return to Work programme is a tailored six month initiative for finance professionals returning to work after an extended career break of two years or more. Unlike many returnship programmes, and especially those in this sector, this returnship offers both flexible hours and ‘working from home’ options.
Aviva Investors is looking for talented people with a background in Financial Services, ideally in Asset Management.
Here’s what Aviva Investors says about its Return to Work Programme:
“The programme offers you a paid placement of six months, starting in January 2019, with the potential to go on to work with us in a more permanent role. But it offers you so much more:

Peer To Peer Support
Aviva Investors’ programme is run as a group intake, so all our returners start the programme together. Plus, there will be supportive group forums throughout your returnship placement.
We want to make sure you feel completely happy in your role, so we offer expert back-to-work transition coaching, plus the opportunity for you to refresh every discipline you need, from technical skills to personal effectiveness.”
Applications are open until 28 October 2018. An information session will be held during the week of 29th October, with interviews held from 5th to 16th November 2018. Offers will be made in mid-November, with the programme starting in January 2019.
